If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@eleanorwren.com. We process orders quickly so that they reach you as fast as possible, so the sooner you reach out, the better chance we have of catching it before it ships.

Cancellation window

Within 5 hours of placing your order: We can cancel and fully refund your order, no questions asked.
After 5 hours: Your order will likely have already begun processing with our fulfilment partner, and we're unable to cancel it at this point. Not to worry — you're still covered by our Returns Policy once your order arrives.

How to cancel
Email us at support@eleanorwren.com with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line, within 5 hours of ordering. Our team will confirm your cancellation as quickly as possible.

Already shipped?
If your order has already shipped before your cancellation request reaches us, you're welcome to return it once it arrives for a full refund — see our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

Need to make a change instead?
If you'd like to update your size, colour, or shipping address rather than cancel entirely, just let us know — we're always happy to help where we can.
