Currency

All prices on this website are displayed in British Pounds (GBP). Charges will appear on your bank statement in GBP. If your bank account is held in a different currency, your bank may apply a conversion rate; we are not responsible for any such charges.

When You Are Charged

Payment is taken in full at the time of placing your order. You will receive an order confirmation email once payment has been successfully processed. If payment is declined, your order will not be placed and no charge will be made to your account.

Payment Disputes

If you believe an incorrect charge has been made to your account, please contact us immediately at Sales@Eleanorandwren.com. We will investigate and resolve any payment disputes promptly and fairly in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel any order that we reasonably believe may be fraudulent or in breach of our Terms of Service. In such cases, any payment taken will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
