Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. This policy explains everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. All orders are dispatched from our UK-based fulfilment network.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required and no hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed on the next available business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, please allow 7–10 business days for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays or adverse weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you have not received your tracking details within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@mystore.com.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, please get in touch with our support team and we will investigate promptly. We will either arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once they are in transit. If an incorrect address results in a returned parcel, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; however, additional shipping charges may apply.
